Non-Contractual Transactions
Non-contractual transactions that fall outside the contractual transactions specified in the Land Registry Law are the transactions carried out at the Land Registry Office with the unilateral will of the right owner such as annotation, abandonment, correction, transfer of inheritance. Following the realization of the contractual transactions, the Registration Request Certificate is issued.
